How do I renew a name?
Click on "My Domains", click on the domain you want to renew. From the "Domain Control Panel" you will see a button to "Add Years". Click it and add the number of years to your cart.
Does Webconcept Plus inc. supply a way to automatically renew my name at the end of the registration term?
Recently Webconcept Plus inc. has set up that option as a default for all domain names. If you are not sure whether your domain name has "Auto Renew" on, go to the Domain Control Panel, in the "Utilities Box" click the link called "Set Reg-lock/Auto-Renew Options", follow instructions.
I want to register all of my domains for an initial 2 years. How do I do this?
Click on "my account". Click on "Settings". From here you can change the default amount of years you register your Domain Names for.
Is my billing contact information going to be shown in the whois?
Yes. We are required to supply this information to the general public.
Can I get a receipt for my domain name?
We do not provide receipts. Our whois database is the authority for who owns the domain. You can login to your account and click on "Transactions" or "View Orders" to get a listing of each order for a domain purchase, transfer or renewal. By clicking on the order number, you can get the details for that purchase.
Can I get a list of all the transactions that I have made?
Yes, from "my account" you can click the "Transactions" menu item to view your transaction history.
I registered and purchased a name, then noticed that I misspelled it. Can I delete it and get my money back?
Sorry, no, all sales are final.
I lost my user ID and password, how do I retrieve it?
Please use the password recovery page.
Webconcept Plus inc.'s Registration Agreement says something about having to pay $200 for re-instatement of a domain name, could you explain?
The $200 fee is * not * the fee to register a domain name or the fee to renew a domain name. It is the fee to re-instate the name after the payment was denied. It is used, for example, in the following circumstance:
- A user registers a name and pays for it with a credit card.
- Later, the user denies to the credit card company that he registered the name.
- The credit card company refunds money back to the user and takes funds out of Webconcept Plus inc.'s bank account. Thus, the user has the name but did not pay for it, even though Webconcept Plus inc. has paid for it.
- Therefore, we will put the name "on hold" so that the user does not have access to it, thereby "taking back" the name from the user.
- After all this, the user decides he/she wants the name after all.
- He/she would have to pay us $200 for us to reinstate the name to him/her and take the name off "hold".
So far, this circumstance has never happened.
